Important information for your stay

24-hour access
Please note that B&B Almarett has no reception. The automatic access management system grants you access to your room and our facilities around the clock. If you forget your personal code or experience technical issues, you can call our 24-hour emergency number for assistance. The number is provided in the information sheet in your guest room.

Checking in
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 pm. Please note that you won’t be able to access it earlier due to our automatic access management system.

Checking out
The room must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Please note that you won’t be able to access it after that time due to our automatic access management system.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am.

Internet (Wi-Fi)
Wi-Fi is complimentary and available throughout out facilities. We will e-mail your access credentials ahead of your arrival.

Bedding and towels
On arrival, you will find your room clean and provided with bedding and towels. Please be aware that we do not offer room service or mid-stay cleaning. Fresh towels are available on request directly in the house.

Public transport
The nearest bus stop is right outside our building. Ahead of your arrival you will receive a digital Mobilcard, a tourist card you can use to travel for free on all public transport across South Tyrol.

Eating and drinking
There’s a vending machine in our entertainment room with drinks, snacks and everyday essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Click here to see a list of recommended venues and restaurants for afternoon tea and dinner. The nearest supermarket is in Mareit, a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that our B&B has no reception. For any information about our area, please refer to our guestnet: by scanning the QR code provided in your room, you will receive all the important information you need on your device.

Rates
Children under 3 years stay for free.
Children aged 3 to 13,99 enjoy a 50% discount on standard rates.
Full standard rates apply for guests aged 14 years and over.
Dogs are welcome for a daily fee of € 15.
The rooms can be booked for single use at a price for 2 persons.

Payment is made directly when you book online or when you confirm your personalised offer online.
